Secret Meeting score: 75
by Philip Moss
The Ooz is a chasm. A sprawling wasteland – somewhere in between the deepest part of the ocean, the furthest part of the galaxy you can conceivably imagine and South London. A place where punks, hip hop connoisseurs, jazz musicians and indie kids come together. A place somewhere in Archy Marshall’s 23-year-old twisted mind where juxtaposing lyrics swim through love and loss; lonely, tortured states; seemingly endless bouts of depression; and, from ‘paradise to parasites’. It’s an unconventional abyss. So, prepare your oxygen tank and dive in.
