Loyle Carner ft. Jordan Rakei – Ottolenghi

Now he has returned with some fresh material with the assistance of Jordan Rakei.

Ottolenghi was inspired by the culinary revolutionary, Yotam Ottolenghi, and came about after Loyle was reading one his books on a train, but it was mistaken for a Bible.

After recently announcing their new album, Mogic, and their signing to Weird World, Hen Ogledd have shared new track, Sky Burial.

Sasami – Not The Time

LA-based singer songwriter, SASAMI, is back with new single and first release with Domino, Not The Time, and it follows Callous which Pitchfork named Best New Track earlier this year.

Two Medicine – Gold

With the release of his debut album, Astropsychosis, due next month, Two Medicine – the solo project from Midlake’s Paul Alexander – has shared an acoustic version of single Gold.

The video featuring Paul Alexander and vocalist Aimee Adams, who will tour as part of Two Medicine in the U.S through Autumn, fades between a studio and a forest setting and is, according to Alexander, about “how our ancestors still influence us”.

Micra – Plastic

Comprised of the Bulgarian born-and-raised singer, Ivana Kay, and Australian producer/guitarist, Robbie Cain, Micra started out in spring of 2018 earning attention from Triple J for their early demos and compelling live shows – Plastic mines the band’s wistful atmospheric influences, drawn from the likes of Air, Zero 7 and Ariel Pink.

Speaking about the single, Cain said, “Plastic was the original piece of music I sent to Ivana as a demo over email, convincing her to work on music with me. We tracked the initial vocals in our friend’s basement after meeting in a cafe for the second time.’
